Defective
Multiple sets do not copy over to carbon sheet. Have had to make photo copies of the consents and mail to clients due to this issue. Maybe 1 out of every 5 sets actually transfers on to the sheet.

Paper prints nice on any type of printer and all signatures etc. show on both pages clearly.
