doesn't work properly
When you use the adding machine to print the tape out the black and red print at the same time. So you can't tell if it's adding or subtracting. It did not do that on the ones I had in there previously. See pic attached.

RECEIVED SMASHED
My order of the ink roller was shipped in an envelope. Apparently my ordered item that was in the envelope was somehow smashed during shipping and the ink rollers broken.

Wouldn't print
Bought 6 of them and the black wouldn't print on 3 of them. I will try another brand to see if that fixes the problem.

Easy simple inexpensive
I was glad the clerk at the brick-and-mortar Staples was able to help me match the existing ink roller. It fit perfectly and works fine.

Did not work and still doesn't work
I got the first one and it didn't print. Staples gave me another one and that one doesn't print either. I just gave up; Too much trouble it seems that they are dried up or something. Very disappointed.

It works poorly
It may not be the roller. It may be the machine but it's not much of an improvement. The print on the tape is still quite indistinct.

Calculator cartridge
I ordered it on line at the store with a very helpful sales person who was there. It was delivered to my house the next day! Talk about excellent service. It doesn’t get any better.
