Expired ink
The problem with this order was that the box said “expires 5/2021” which is when I received it. I needed to print so I installed it & and so far working ok. ( I wanted to give it less than 5 stars but I can’t seem to change it.)

Had to return it. My printer worked fine before, but the one (yellow) I put in made my printer refuse to print. I did head cleaning a few times, but only used up ink too fast in other cartridges. Gave up trying to make it work and returned it.

The cartridges work just fine.
Dislike: The shipping carton was much too big and almost completely crushed upon receipt, with very little dunnage. Suggestion: ship a much smaller master carton.
