I Will Never Order Gift Cards from Staples.com Ever Again
Worst experience ever with e-gift cards. I ordered and paid for the $200 GAP gift card and received $184 instead. I called customer service and wanted a full refund since this was NOT what I paid for. The rep didn't want to "deal with the hassle" and gave me another e-gift card making up the difference. E gift card---- not so great to give as a gift
I wasn't thinking that the gift card was going to be a piece of paper when i ordered it......I bought them for 2 nieces, but I cant give them the cheesy black and white print out.... good deal for yourself but not great for a gift!

Easy to gift idea.
Buying e-gift card thru staples.com is a cinch. Note: it does take 2-3 days to process but if you plan ahead, you'll be able to print or email to your receiver and not even have to step foot into the store. E-gift is money and it still spends the same at Gap. Besides, who couldn't use a new outfit?

Delayed delivery for e-mail gift card?!
It is preposterous that customers have to wait to receive an electronic gift card. I purchased this gift card 7 days ago and I still have not received it. It's a great deal and I have no doubt that it will work at Gap, BR, etc ... but customers should not have to wait this long!

I am glad to get the 20% off savings that I got on the "card," which I will use as a gift. But I wish I were able to have a physical "gift card" to give the person for her birthday. Great value with the discount, however if you miss the email, you could lose the gift card. Giving a printed sheet of paper with gift card information is not as desirable as giving a typical gift card.

Great value. Only problem is if you miss the email delivering the online gift card you've lost it. Giving a printed gift card is not as nice as giving a typical gift card. However, with the discount it was a good buy.
