Costly Product, Shabby workmanship
Purchased this product because we have a high volume of mail to open in March and April. This product is priced too high and doesn't deliver on the work. You have to hold down the button with one hand and slide the envelope through with the other hand. This isn't good when you have hundreds of pieces of mail to open daily. LETTER OPENER- DISATIFIED
I HAVE CURRENTLY PUT IN FOR A RETURN FOR THIS ITEM. WITH THE VOLUME OF MAIL WE HAVE IN THIS OFFICE, IT DOES NOT DO THE JOB OF OPENING IT EFFICENTLY. TOO MANUAL.. I HAVE ORDER A LARGE MODEL OF A LETTER OPENER.

Don't Waste Your Money
Bought it at the beginning of May and it was broken by the end of June. Jammed regularly while we had it and the cuts were never clean. Better off with a used Panasonic.

Would Not Recommend
This item is not worth what you have to pay. The bands keep coming off which then requires to take off the top piece with a screwdriver and fix. It also is very messy. Would not recommend.
