Tripp Lite 6-Outlet 790 Joule Surge Protector with 6' Cord White
Great to use in office where the outlet is just far enough a way that the lamp cord can not reach.

Excellent surge protector
I just needed this surge protector for my computer shredder and boombox. The 6' cord was plenty long enough and I like the on/off switch as well as the green light to show me it's on and working. I bought it based on the overall positive reviews I read and have no complaints! It also arrived very quickly after I'd ordered it! That's always a bonus in my estimation!!

Effective well-designed surge protector especially for the price
I especially like the green indicator of whether the surge protection still exists. The on-off switch is another advantage. Some surge protectors have the plugs rotated 90 degrees to allow for more transformers. This would be nice but not a concern for me.

Power Cord
I like this item because it's sturdy and works!!! We use it in our office for everything....especially our food days where there are a TON of crock-pots brought in!!!

Long cord is great!
I didn't have an outlet close to my computer so all the cords were stretched and were a foot off the floor causing me to have to step over them. This surge protector is 790 Joules AND has a 6 foot cord. This solved my problem and all the cords are tucked away and out of sight. Perfect solution!

Not bad and reasonably priced
The outlet is convenient but I haven't had the opportunity to see if it works during a surge. It's about right for low amperage devices.

New Surge Protector
This is the first time I have used this smaller type Tripp Lite. In the past I have used the type with the battery back up and have had great service. This smaller type seems to be working great for protecting my tech stuff from our many power surges.
