It works
I need it and it works. Could go with much cheaper knockoff but I keep with HP as I don’t use that much anyways.

Inventaire et approvisionnement déficients
À 2 reprises, je n'ai pu commander la cartouche d'encre Jaune CZ132A car elle n'était pas en inventaire. Les 2 engagements de Bureau en Gros n'ont pas été respectés.

Works good.
It's not this cartridge 's problem when the printer refuses to operate when I need it.

I like HP products
I have used HP since 1979. I like the calculators, printers and large format printers and computers. The ink refill cartridges must be profitable for HP, as they seem expensive. Still, all in all these are a good product.

I love this ink for my printer because they are in individual units. You don't have to replace it if some other color runs out.

Lasts a long time
This larger ink cartridge lasts a long time of course. Even tho it is pricey we try to wait for specials and appreciate when they are offered. Thanks. Overall our company is pleased with the product.

Expensive Price Excellent Quality
HP products are consistently good in function and quality as with this cartridge. But ink is very expensive and over time this becomes a greater and greater part of a small business' budget. I believe HP could offer the same quality product for less.
