So this lip balm is fine i guess ive used it for a few years and its ok its moisturizing. It does what its supposed to but it is slightly dry on the lips and kinda sticky.

Used to be great...
Stop trying to save money on your packaging! The caps are cheap plastic and easily break. Quality continues to go down year over year!

Changed packaging
They changed the packaging. Now the lid is flimsy and it scrapes my chapstick every time I open it.

Disappointing
I've used nothing but BB original for at least 25 years, and this new formula is so awful. Like others have stated, I can't figure out what's different. The ingredient list is exactly the same. I don't care about the packaging changes, but to mess with the formula is unforgivable.

Love buying in Bulk
I've been an exclusive Burt's Bees user for 2 decades. I've tried other lip balms and they just don't measure up. I love the four packs because I often misplace them.

FORMULA CHANGE BEWARE
have been using BB original for 10+ years and have recently developed an allergy to the new formula! took my skin and lips months to recover and now i can’t use it at all otherwise i break out in a rash!
similar thing is happening with the new Day Lotion Aloe and Rice Milk formula and my eyes! Very disappointed to see this drop in quality from such a renowned brand!

No other will do!
The original is the only lip balm for me! I've tried others and this minty beeswax is the only thing that keeps my lip moisturized.

Best lip balm on the market
This is the best lip balm for dry lips, whether winter or summer. I've tried other balms--too waxy, flavor overpowering--this is the right balance.

New formula sucks
I can’t figure out what they changed, but this new version just doesn’t work. Like other brands of chapstick, this new formula dries out your lips way more than the old version. Sad to see another good brand ruined.

This is a nice collection. I think the the peppermint formulas are always slightly thicker and not as smooth, but the one in this pack is the best.

New lids are total cr*p!!
Your new lids are ridiculously thin, they crack upon first removal and then don’t fit properly any longer. Old square edged lids won’t fit the new tubes either. Don’t use the excuse you’re trying to use less plastic-it’s a money grab. After over 30 years of use, seriously considering changing brands….

Not the same - Though I still use some products.
This specific lip balm brand has been my favorite ever since I started using it. That was over 13 years ago. However, I have noticed that in my recent 2 years of use that the (original lip balm with vitamin E) has changed! I don’t recognize what the change is. Been a fan for years. Just bought another 4 pack to replenish my lip balm stations (night stand, purse, work etc) and noticed the cap is so much easier to get off. Nice change!

It has bugs inside.
This used to be my favorite product and I had just bought the 4 pack and a 2 pack but today I had opened the side were you twist it and I found bugs. I was very heart broken💔
