Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

Not what I expected
Not as comfortable as expected. Headrest is useless unless you are extremely short. I am only 5’5” and the headrest hits me just above the shoulders and has very little adjustment. I took it completely off of my chair, which at least makes the chair relatively comfortable and useable

Very Uncomfortable Chair!
Do not purchase this chair! it is not worth it. A friend recommended it and loves it. It's awful. Just tearing up my back!!!! Worst part is because I'm past the 14 return policy I cannot get any of my money back!!

Easy to assemble. The headrest is not very adjustable height-wise. It hits me on my lower shoulder; not on my neck. Needs more height adjustability.

Great Chair - So far, so good
I've only been using the chair for a few days and so far, so good. The one recommendation I do have would be to redesign the headrest to be adjustable in height for taller individuals. I'm 5'9" and found the headrest to be awkward/uncomfortable at first. By tilting it all the way back, it works much better / is more comfortable. Other than that, I'm very pleased so ...

Chair piston lasted about 6 months
Bought this chair about 6 months ago and the piston gave out. Almost 200 dollars for a chair. Never again will i shop at staples and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.
