Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Paper Ream tight fit
The paper bundles actually sit under the lid of the box. The first couple I pulled out, the bottoms of the bundle tore. White it didn't hurt the paper inside, I just did not care for it being ripped. The box is heavy and there was no one there to help me lift it into my cart, but a gentleman helped me put the boxes into the car. Overall, the paper has not jammed in ...

The past three times that I have ordered copy paper there has been shipping issues. I don't know why it is so hard to get copy paper?? My last order one of the boxes went to Kentucky - I am in Iowa?????

Paper Jams Too Much
Paper is not suitable for laser printer. It jams in the printer when doing double sided documents. I wasted paper having to print single sided.

The delivery company left the boxes in the lobby of our building. Address clearly shows suite 300. He could have left it at our office door instead of the lobby where all visitors could have walked away with it. Lazy and Stupid.
