I previously had the lower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the lower model headset from logitech for many years until it broke. So I figured I will upgrade. I couldn't of been more disappointed with this product. The sound quality is horrible, my co workers couldn't hear me at random times. I need to return this product.

The volume control and mute buttons on the headphonesdid not work properly. I am not too concerned about it. I can mute and control the volume within Teams.

Bad reception.
The head set is really nice and comfortable. I take a lot of calls through my head set. Regrettably the reception is not good because I’m getting a lot of issues where customers are saying they can barely hear me or I sound far away like I’m in a tunnel. Sometimes they say my voice is echoing. (I just got these 2 weeks ago).

Better than her last headset
This was a gift for my wife. She loves it. Especially having the controls on the earpiece so she doesn't lean against the desk and mute herself. Sounds better than her last headset.

Decent headphones
These are a lot more comfortable than the lower end models but they do have a tendancy to slip off the ears

Better than expected

No Complaints
I only gave 4 stars because I can't give an accurate rating since I'm not the one using them. I purchased them for a co-worker and when I asked him if they were working out ok he said yes. He is a dispatcher so he has driver's coming in in person while dealing with drivers on the phone. So if he says they are working and hasn't complained yet after 2 weeks ...

Larger than H390
The Logitech H540 model has larger ear pieces compared to the H390 model. The H540 has controls on the ear piece itself whereas H390 has smaller ear pieces and the controls are on the cord. My old H540 had excellent sound quality I really enjoyed. I have not tried my new H540 headset yet but expect the sound to be good and the fit comfortable.

So good I bought it twice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago I bought the H540 USB wired headset with mic for gaming. I like that the headset will expand enough to be comfortable on my head (I have a large head). After many years the pleather started flaking off on my ears, so I bought the same headset to replace it. Definitely worth the money.

Awkward Cable
Sound is good. Cable is stiff and transmits noise into the headset whenever you move. Do not recommend.

H540 - old tech & uncomfortable

1) The line is too thick. so, creates noises to the mike.
