Too Late to Change Now
I've been keeping a diary/journal for 50 years. I'm glad I started with At-a-Glance. It's easy to carry, and it's an invaluable reminder of all the significant (and insignificant) moments in my life. I use it to record how many miles I run each day. It instantly brings things to mind things I would have easily forgotten.
