Love the cubical wall clips!
When you don't have hooks in your cube these clips are amazing because you can hang papers documents and visual aides right in front of you. It doesn't hold a tremendous amount of weight but they hold cheat sheets very well!

Good quality work well on cloth-divider boards. Pins are not strong enough to penetrate board just cloth. Nice subtle colors but distinguishable from each other.

Functional little clippies
I purchase these clippies for whomever wants to hang things on their paneled desk cupboards. I have never tried to hang more than a couple of things on them so I can't really say that they can hold up to 40 sheets. They are functional for clipping things within eyeshot as reminders or things you need to refer to often. I have purchased quite a bit of these and find them...
