Ink cartridge was no good
i just put this ink cartridge in and it didn't work at all. that it made my printer stop working. i was hoping for a refund on this ink cartridge since i have to purchase another one.

I like the Brother Cartridges that we order I just wish they would last longer than expected. During this time of year we have several projects going on and we use a lot of ink. If ONLY there could be an XL cartridge made by Brother that would make my life a lot easier. Just a thought. Thank you.

name brand is better
we always buy the name brand brother toners for our brother printers. They work the best. Off brand toners cause all kinds of problems. We might spend a little more but we don't have the problems we have with off brand toners

Brother TN-433
Put 2 brand new cartrides in and they both didn't work. Make a grinding sound. This was the first time changing the toner since we bought the printer. The printer had regular cartrides I bought the hight yield
