Out with the old
The new shredder is so much quieter than our old one which sounded like a locomotive. As with all things we'll see how it preforms in a few months.

Perfect for light duty

Bad Buy
The shredder only worked twice I called customer service and was told that I should use cooking oil to grease the machine. Eventually sent a new one that still does not work.

frequent jams and over heats
It was jamming literally on receipts. hard to clear jams with it. quick to overheat. Highly do not recommend.

NOT VERY POWERFUL- DISAPPOINTED!
It sounds very weak and lags. It can only handle 1 or 2 pieces of paper at a time or it sounds like it's going to bind. I'm surprised it hasn't tripped a breaker yet it lags so long. Very disappointed. If I had the time I would take it back.
