Peeling stickers but works fine
So far I haven't had any issues using the shredder but the branding stickers on the front are peeling off. I'm not sure what caused this--it's only been lightly used and it sits under my desk away from anything that could have rubbed the stickers off. It's just an aesthetic issue but disappointing considering the price. Otherwise it's stylish and easy enough to use.

Great upgrade
Have owned a Fellowes for over 10 years and after my old one jammed it was time for an upgrade. The future is now. No jams, smooth processing, and a device on wheels. It was well worth the (sale) price at Office Depot and solves a daily chore in my home office with secure documents. Love it!
This shredder does the trick! Shreds everything, never jams, very quiet yet quick. Works well for shredding private papers to be unrecognizable afterwards.

Wonderful Shredder
Our old shredder was slow and prone to jams and bit the dust probably from over heating as it had no over heat warning feature which this unit has. We had a big back log of documents to shred which this unit is doing very well and much faster than our previous shredder.
