Pros and Cons of HP cartridges
I always replace with factory HP cartridges as there never are any issues. Only problem is finding them in stock, as my printer in only 2 years old and starting to have problems finding the individual cartridges without having to buy packages of 3 or XP versions as I do very little home printing.

Not great
When it prints, it's fine... but if you don't print something once every few days, the cartridge globs up and then you have to run cleanings.

Too expensive.

Lines in paper.
New ink did not resolve my printer’s issue, which is black lines and marks on the paper. I cleaned the print head to no avail.

I am sorry that you had this problem. It is likely to be the printer at fault rather than the cartridge.
Sometimes a badly clogged printhead needs to be cleaned a few times before it will let the ink through well enough to print properly. If extra cleaning does not help, you can contact us for options using your preferred method. Details are listed at: hp.com/contactHP

Too expensive!
The printer I use this ink for is getting old and is acting up so it will be replaced soon. The ink that I need for the printer is very expensive.
