Great Authentic Product
We were having issues with our printer and it turns out going back to the authentic ink cartridges was the fix. We were purchasing remanufactured products which resulted in poor quality prints. These HP cartridges produce perfect prints every time.

Awful Delivery Service
Package was promised for a Monday and did not come until Thursday... This package was for one of my clients machines and it made my service look bad as a result.
