Please send replacement
I have had this case on my phone for less than a month. I dropped it once and the outside cover is already scraped up and rough to touch. I would like a replacement. This is not worth the money

Lost touch ability
I can barely text through the case. I have to punch the letters . My screen loses most of its touch ability with this case. I had to take it off to use my phone. Complete waste of money. Very disappoinyed.

Case has room for improvement but pretty good
Love the construction of this case. Problem I have is that the case doesn’t line up perfectly on all the sides and the top didn’t fully like latch closed. And the case construction feels just a little cheap for what you’d expect. But overall a great case.

Slippery case
The iPhone 14 Pro Max phone itself, is already large, when adding the OtterBox Fre Series Case on makes the width of the phone extremely wide. Definitely can not text with one hand. Muffled sound
The sound when speaker or FaceTime is in use is inaudible. Whomever I am speaking to cannot hear me. I tried to reach out to otter box and exchange for something different to no avail.

OIl in hand sticks to plastic cover
The plastic cover gets really dirty quickly. The oil in one's hands sticks to plastic cover. Must continuously wipe clean w Otter cloth.

Good but not for pictures
Love the protection but the camera lens gives off lots of flares and also scratches easily and produces blurry pictures. Great case but not good for pictures. Fix the camera lens and I’d give it max ratings. Sadly I quit using this case simply because of the camera lens. I take lots of pictures.

Does the Job with some caveats
I am pretty hard on cases so I got life proof when I got my new phone.
