Open box product sold as new
it seems I purchased an open box cable. The box appears to of been opened and the cable was not wrapped up as a new unused cable. Do you sell open box returns as new cables?

Needs improvement
The magnet you stick on to any surface to hold your charger didn’t last a day before the glue failed and it fell apart. I used super glue to fix it. Occasionally the entire thing will fall off of the surface it’s stuck to. All together the glues used on it need to be improved other than that the charger is great so far.

I would give it zero stars if possible.
First ca or lasted about 3 weeks. They replaced it. Wanted me to pay shipping but they waved it. New cable lasted about 4 months. This is supposed to be the most reliable cable, not in my opinion. This as well after the fast charger I purchased at the same time lasted 12 days.
