Great Product
I've used APC for years and tried a Tripplite due to budget and now it's all we are purchasing for our Network equipment. Easy to setup and monitor. No issues to date.

I would buy this product again
I purchased two SmartPro 1950VA, after 6 months one unit malfunctioned. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement. 1 star off for malfunction.

Good UPS for a smaller rack
The SMART1500RM2U has been running well. We just have a 1U server and some network devices plugged into it and it works well for the price.

It was easy to install in the network rack, and has an intuitive web interface for configuration. Would recommend again.

Easy to install and maintain.
Replaced some older units that were having re-occuring issues (not Tripp Lite) with these TrippLite units, I have had these units installed for a few years now and just did some PM work only to replace batteries for PM. Easy to swap the batteries.

Easy to Install
Product was easy to install with battery pre connected. Instructions for full configuration of ups should be included in the manual. I had to contact support on process for snmp configuration and waiting for response.

I would buy this product again and recomend as well.
Installed for mixing plant control panel. SmartPro 1950VA is working great so far and look forward to using it for a while.

The equipment is very easy to install and use it. Previously been using different brand, gave me lots of issue with printers I use in my office. But this one seems the appropriate one I was looking for.

Not a good long term solution
This is the second one I had to purchase. The one before it lasted 3 years and I tried to replace the batteries in it but the LCD would not come back up. I had to replace the whole unit.

Peace-of-mind for long 3D prints
I have two 3D printers and their in-line exhaust fan connected to this UPS. Of course, the UPS is not meant to support the printers for long periods of power outage but, it gives me real peace-of-mind for brief power problems.
