Wonderful home/business item!
I'm pretty loyal to Epson products when it comes to printing and scanning. I could not be happier with this wonderful scanner. I have used it frequently while trying to refi my home. I was using a scanning app, awful! My printer scans, but not multiple pages. This item was so easy to set up and is very compact. Love it!

Having Problem with Scanning
I think I will need to return this Scanner and claim a refund. I am unable to scan documents. The scanner was working fine for 1 month, and suddenly it stopped scanning. I don't like this scanner. I think it is a useless product.

Little but works like a giant
Entering my second year as a user. Could not ask for a better scanner! Rough and rugged however extremely user friendly. Enjoys software updates and product information. It is true, service after the sell.

Good small scanner
small but effective, picks up separate pages without a hitch; and software is very good. Quickly scans duplex and simplex pages.

Small, Fast, and Accurate!
I found a good deal on this scanner when I needed to scan 1,000 pages and absolutely would not even try it with my flatbed scanner one page at a time. I unboxed this DS-410 and had it scanning pages in minutes. The software is easy to use and the quality of scans is fantastic. I'm mesmerized just sitting here watching paper shoot through it like it's nothing.

Buy something else
It works OK but the software is not very good. It doesn’t accept file descriptions very well. Too many limitations. Cannot use periods or commas or dashes. It’s also rather slow

Great Scanner for my Business!
I had to upgrade to a larger capacity scanner. This scanner does it beautifully. No complaints! Easy to set up.

Having issue with the use of DS-410,
It has been pain on the neck. When I use it one day and close and exit. The next day it will not work, get message it is in use. Do not know what to do. Called Epson she was no help

Great Machine when it works
I bought this a few months ago and it doesn't download the software correctly. It doesn't register with my system. I have to keep downloading the software/drivers and still gives me errors that the scanner is unavailable. I have written the support team for help with this matter but thus far has gone unanswered.

Very fast Scanner for a great price
This is so much faster and more convenient to use than the scanner that's attached to my printer. I had a hard time making the purchase since my printer had one built. It seemed like it would be a double purchase of the same thing but the ease of use, speed of loading, scanning & saving docs made this a great buy. HANDY DEVISE ATTACHED TO MY WORK COMPUTER
Game changer at work-This devise is attached to my work computer and is handy to have for quick scanning of documents that I attach to emails or just file. Instead of having to walk down the hall to use a shared copier-scanner, I can avoid the wait and work more productively.

Great product;EZ setup right out of box
I ordered the DS410 online from Costco a week ago and received my unit 2 days ago. This unit is great right out of the box! Very compact, with simple easy connections.
