Little but works like a giant
Entering my second year as a user. Could not ask for a better scanner! Rough and rugged however extremely user friendly. Enjoys software updates and product information. It is true, service after the sell.

Having Problem with Scanning
I think I will need to return this Scanner and claim a refund. I am unable to scan documents. The scanner was working fine for 1 month, and suddenly it stopped scanning. I don't like this scanner. I think it is a useless product.

Good small scanner
small but effective, picks up separate pages without a hitch; and software is very good. Quickly scans duplex and simplex pages.

Small, Fast, and Accurate!
I found a good deal on this scanner when I needed to scan 1,000 pages and absolutely would not even try it with my flatbed scanner one page at a time. I unboxed this DS-410 and had it scanning pages in minutes. The software is easy to use and the quality of scans is fantastic. I'm mesmerized just sitting here watching paper shoot through it like it's nothing.

Having Problem with Scanning

Great Scanner for my Business!
I had to upgrade to a larger capacity scanner. This scanner does it beautifully. No complaints! Easy to set up.

Very fast Scanner for a great price
This is so much faster and more convenient to use than the scanner that's attached to my printer. I had a hard time making the purchase since my printer had one built. It seemed like it would be a double purchase of the same thing but the ease of use, speed of loading, scanning & saving docs made this a great buy. HANDY DEVISE ATTACHED TO MY WORK COMPUTER
Game changer at work-This devise is attached to my work computer and is handy to have for quick scanning of documents that I attach to emails or just file. Instead of having to walk down the hall to use a shared copier-scanner, I can avoid the wait and work more productively.

Terrible terrible software. Product great in the beginning
When I first got this scanner I couldn’t believe how
fast and easy it scanned my docs. When my iMac
upgraded to OS 11.1 that was the beginning of a
nightmare. Epson has to keep up with the software on
Mac. Otherwise, NO-ONE should buy this product.

Fast, reliable, and produces excellent images
I've used this scanner for over two years and have been completely satisfied with it. The only time something jammed was when there was a trace of book-binding glue on the edge of a book that I was scanning for braille transcription. Stiff or flimsy, all pages passed through when they had clean, even edges.

Not consistent
I loved this scanner at first. But after a while the
program disappeared and I had to keep reloading it.
Very frustrating. As a scanner it is great and fast but it still has a bug in it.

issues with opertaing system i think
first few months it worked great. Now i can't get the software to fun. User assistance is limited.

frustrating
I am not happy with the feeder, which sends two pages at the same time frequently. It is also difficult to find the scanned documents in the computer after they are scanned.
