very good customer service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I didn't like this Mounting Bracket. I thought it was inferior to it's predecessor. I was mistaken that I had to use the plastic fasteners. There are the metal ones I wanted that are included. My second incorrect assumption was how to attach it to my HP elite monitor.
