Perfect replacement from a trusted source.
Perfect replacement. Other websites claim to have compatable batteries from unknown vendors. APC sells reliable drop-in replacements you can trust. I bought an APC UPS so i wouldn't have to worry. I buy replacement batteries from APC so i don't have to starting worrying.

DOA
Received DOA. In 20 years of managing APC systems, I've never had this happen. Its just dead. We popped the case to confirm all the cells were properly connected and they are so I guess we just got a lemon. Will open a RMA.

Never issues with these. They are up to spec
These batteries have zero issues and always perform as advertised
