Just what I needed

Resists sliding on glass top
It doesn't actual suction down to my glass top as I thought it might when I purchased it, but it does resist sliding and stay in place well while still allowing for an occasional easy adjustment if needed. I'm very happy with this riser and the fact that it gave me three optional heights which is important because I do video conference and need to be in the screen frame...
