Excellent Small Business Printer
I print thousands of loan docs weekly, so it's important to have a fast, reliable dual tray printer. This printer fits the description! Set up was easy. The menu screen is simple, but navigating through the menu options is a little more complicated. I use the super high yield print cartridge which prints upwards of 13,000 pages so I'm not constantly worrying about reord...

Not Happy
I bought this printer in August 2023. It has driver issues, and I'm most upset that I was advith ised to buy this particular model and within 3 months Brother discontinued it... What a waste of money and time. Not happy with Brother over this and not sure I can trust the "replacement"

Great for Mobile Notary Signing Agents!
Fast. Excellent looking print for real estate docs and other docs that need to be notarized. (I am a mobile notary and frequently print docs for my clients). I still struggle to get it to correctly print mixed sized papers (8.5" x 11" with 8.5" x 14" aka Letter size with Legal size). If you have a MacBook Do not get this printer
i bought this because it was supposed to be compatible with mac technology. WRONG. mac has so many updates that Brother does not keep up. I got this mainly for its automatic dual tray- which i can no longer use because they wont provide a print driver for the new mac update. Total waste of money. So disappointing

Working great so far! Exactly what I needed.

printing quality
con: i have never been able to get the second tray to work: using 1st tray as letter and 2nd at legal on and off during a one document print. I bought printer for this sole purchase

Great Printer
I love my printer! It gets the job done quickly and efficiently. The dual tray allows me to print both letter and legal within the same document.

Not happy
I only have 6 months with my printer and it smudges and leaves specks of ink. Ive tried everything and I have finally given up.

It’s not as good as I expected
Mac compatibility leaves a lot to be desired. Settings are a little clunky.
