Used them for over 40 years
Used to protect a reader/ magnifier with a 24" computer monitor (some $4,000 + in value), protecting a 65" tv and protecting digital hearing aid charger (some $6,000 + in value)

Always depend on Tripp Lite to protect expensive electronics
Working great. Does what it is supposed to do. Hope to never need to fully test (e.g. a surge incident). Tripp Lite has best warranty and insurance.

Great product high joule rating
I have one on my desktop computer workstation and one on my entertainment system. Have had a power outage since I got them and so far all good.
Hopefully I won't have any power surges for a long time now but if so I feel confident they will save my equipment!

Top of the line protection
Bought this to replace my 25 year old Tripp Lite surge protector. While the old one still worked, following established tech guidelines I figured it was time for a new one. While I've no doubt this one will last just as long, I'll probably be getting a new one in a few years, and it will be another Tripp Lite.

I would spend the extra money for an isobar
I had two of these and I think one may have failed during a lightning event. A printer was damaged but all of the other connected equipment survived. Tripp-Lite is currently evaluating the strip for insurance reimbursement of the damaged printer after a lightning event. I have purchased this great product several times!
I would not be without this Protect It! 6-Outlet Super Surge Alert Protector, 6-ft. Cord, 2420 Joules. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. I have one in each room. When the power goes out and it comes back on you do not have to worry it does it's job and protects your equipment.

great unit
I have had this unit for several years. great layout of the plugs. I actually prefer this and the tr-6fm because the power switch is at the opposite end of the power switch. Makes for a much cleaner installation. Just wish I could find some more.
