Great to bypass a broken audio port
Works as advertised: you plug it into your USB port, your system will install it automatically, and then you can use it as you would the headphone/mic ports built into your machine. I'm not a huge audiophile, but I couldn't really notice a difference in sound quality. I would recommend this over trying to fix the built-in port.

Works as advertised
This adapter seemed like my only option for plugging headphones into my Cisco DX80. It works well.
