Great Picture Quality!
i love this tv so much, itās not too big or too small! the picture quality is super clear and iām so happy i can watch disney+ on my tv now since this is a smart tv. if youāre looking for a new tv i totally recomend this one!

Average TV with Poor Smart TV Menu and Ads
Bought about 1 month ago. Has an ad on the smart menu. The Samsung app and smart TV app are locked in place at the front of the menu. Can't uninstall pre-installed apps. Could be a good tv if the removed the ads and let you customize the menu.

Needs more HDMI ports
It was bought for me as a gift by family they really enjoy a lot of Samsung products this is my first it seems really good but ask again after i have had it for some time. š

Good TV

Bought this a few weeks ago.
I bought this a few weeks ago. The picture quality is great. The amount of memory is not. I had to delete several apps to get our local cable companyās app to load. I am also having trouble doing certain things with the remote. A informative manual would be helpful.

Terrible sound!
TV picture is great but the sound in not reliable. After approx 6 months, the sound was not dependable. Turn it on, and there was little to no sound - even at volume level 100. Not customizable.
Picture is good and it steams well. I do get quite frustrated with the cluttered remote and the fact that Samsung autoplay keeps going even though I turned it off in settings. I HATE any autoplay! I would prefer the TV to start with a nice clear menu that I could customize. The app store has very few choices. I will deal with it but I wouldn't buy another.

TV is great. Perfect size for bedroom. However I would like to suggest improving remote. The exit button is too close to directional arrow. Every time selecting another program I have to start over... Then I just turn if off.

Compatibilitiy
Excellent picture quality and sound. Problem has not been resolved with Xfinity App. Internet page to Xfinity will not open. Its unsettling to buy a product where there is a compatibility issue. Compatibility should be addressed on box so as buyer is aware prior to purchase. The blame game goes on as Samsung fingers Xfinity as the problem and vice versa.

Picture quality is good.
We have had the TV for three weeks. Picture quality is good. I have issues with my hands, the remote is not nearly as easy to use as our Roku. Foot stands are not easy to secure.

Get something better
TV worked one time before I had a usb error pop up on the screen. You have to have a usb drive and connect it to your own device and then connect it to the TV. So many issues with this. Just avoid buying and get a nicer tv

A Total Disconnect
Only had the product 2 weeks. The hard remote only worked about 30% of the time and the remote on my phone took sometime to connect to the TV. Also one day I turned it on and it made a continuous loud noise. Had to restart twice to make the audio normal again. Returned to store.

Bad HDMI connection, no way to reset picture ratio
Hooked the TV up in my office and it occurred an HDMI warning errror and the TV could not be reset despite hours of attempts with Samsung Tech support. Awful unit,
Just purchased this and was a nightmare out of the box!
1) It's impossible to install the legs as the screws don't seat at all and the legs flop around and the unit doesn't sit properly. I had to put books under it to keep it from falling forward.

Buyer Beware! TV didn't work after 90 days!
I hope you have better luck with this tv than I did. It was a great tv for the first 90 days and then it wouldn't turn on. I talked to a Samsung tech to try to resolve the issue only to find that it still wouldn't turn on. I was advised to send it to a repair center.
