Too thick and jams my HP Deskjet printer, and Epson will not honor warranty.
The paper is too thick (10.4mil) for my HP Deskjet D1660 printer. It jams every time, and cannot be used.
It is far more disturbing that Epson will not honor its unequivocal warranty that states : "Epson warrants to the original purchaser that for one year from date of purchase, this paper will provide satisfactory output with ALL brands of consumer ink jet printers....

Other than the store had NONE in stock, which is disappointing, the product is fine and works well with my Epson Copier/Scanner WF4630. It is too bad that the store does not have inventory for its customers.
No one at the store was concerned about it, did not thank me for coming in, no thank you for purchasing products in the store. Poor customer service.
