Whilst I am still waiting for the 4K screen, I am slightly disappointed that I still experienced the same issues with automatically resizing window frames when switching over. Essentially, in most instances, when I adjusted the working windows (Excel, Wo...

Response from Staples :
Thank you for reviewing our SV431DPU3A2 KVM switch. We apologize it is not working well in your setup.
One step to try is making sure the graphics card is as updated as possible from HP support or from the card manufacturer themselves. In addition, we would like to know more about your configuration so we can look into the issue further.
We have Technical Support Advisors ready 24 hours a day, five days a week. To reach one, please call 1 800 265 1844 or click the Chat Live button in the top left of the site.

Works Alright...
I think this unit would be good for people doing basic tasks such as email or web browsing. When using this for any GAMES or multimedia it has extreme latency. It is almost impossible to use unless they make a unit with 60HZ refresh.

Response from Staples :
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your review with us. We appreciate the feedback.
You are correct, a KVM performs best when doing productivity based tasks or other work that is not too processor or graphics heavy.
Any one of the applications included in Microsoft Office and most Adobe Creative Cloud applications which are not too heavy but require high quality, high resolution displays perform great in a KVM setup.
Using a KVM for video games can be done, depending on game and level of performance expected, but we do not recommend it since this KVM uses a 30Hz refresh rate at 4k resolutions.
If you have any more questions or concerns our technical advisors would be happy to help.
Thank You
