Terrible Chemical Smell
Unfortunately when we opened the package there was a terrible chemical smell that just hasn't gone away even after leaving it exposed for several days. Must be returned.

Product is okay but the odor from the rubber or gel smells and when you rest your wrist on it the smell lingers on your hands and wrist. :(

Great support poor quality
After a day or so somehow this got little pulls in the fabric that rub against my wrists all day. It gets very irritating on my skin. Going to order something else to replace this.

I recently purchased the Belkin WaveRest Gel Wrist Support and it is very nice it is very supportive and comfortable to use. The only problem is that it smelled really bad when I removed it from the package which must be the manufacturing materials they used to make the Wrist Support. Great Aid
The keyboard wrist support and the mouse pad have been a valuable aid in keeping me from putting my wrist down on the right hand side of the keyboard or right clicking the mouse. Both of which result in unwanted data appearing on your screen. These may be Parkinson's Disease issues that I have developed, but these items have helped me a great deal.

Does not lose shape
the pad is the right thickness and does not go flat throughout the day. It just gets a little narrow towards the end of the QWERTY keyboard making typing a little awkward.

Does not hold up
Comes apart at the seams after only about 2 weeks of use. Have had 3 and all of them do the same thing. Poor quality.
