Great Product. Easy to use
I would recommend this product. Excellent for scanning pictures identification and full pages. Good quality scanning. Compact doesn't take up a lot of room.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Absolute garbage. Incredibly difficult to install and then only worked for one or two pages before needing to be rebooted. Then after one more page failed again. Complete waste of time and money.

Good hardware poor software
Hardware is excellent. Paper feed works great, no pages pulled in crooked. Scans are clear and pages are nice and straight. The software is just the opposite. It’s like installing from the 80’s. Unzipping folders, searching for the setup application files which are in separate folders and one is in a folder inside of a folder. I almost missed it. Some apps have to be in...

Great Product. Easy to use

Difficult at every step
Price points is good,Size is great.Software install and operation is a disaster. Manageable if you have some computer savy.. but horrific none the less. Don't plan on plugging this in and hitting the scan button.. won't happen.The quality of the scan was mediocre at best. The scan itself was clunky. Paper jams almost every scan. Absolutely love it. The speed
Absolutely love it. The speed of the scan is great and the auto-crop feature saves a lot of time compared to the flatbed scanner and the programmable button makes it even quicker. I am doing family photos and even though I will be going back to rename the files, the total time to process the photos is tremendously less than using the flatbed.

Great product, outstanding value
Both the physical product and the Iriscan software that comes with it are excellent. Scans quickly, with options to scan to searchable PDFs (I've tried it, and it works) and even editable word documents (haven't tested that yet). My intent is to eliminate paper files and piles entirely.

I did not like the fact that a disc did not come with the unit, so it took forever to download so I could get started using it. Definitely a negative. Once I installed it, it took an investigation to figure out the lingo. Now, it is easy to use and to set up a filing system and download to my portable hard drive. I rate it a 4 out of 5.

Great Scanner
I was given this scanner as replacement to my old flatbed scanner. The product is great, not only for scanning documents, receipts and photos at home but also on the road. Very light weight and scans quickly. The software that comes with the scanner is easy to use and will automatically save my scans to PDF files. Compact and portable
This seems to work as I expected. It was easy to set up and works well. I am still learning the features but it iseasy to create a pdf and store it on the computer
