Underwhelming
Compared to the MX Master 3s, this mouse missed the mark. Comparatively the scroll wheel is very slow/non-responsive. With allot of empty space on the backside and top of the mouse, it feels like a thumb scroll also could've been incorporated into the design to give users the same exceptional functionality of the MX Master 3s in a different ergonomic option.

Great mouse that has saved my wrist
I was having severe wrist pain from repeat micro movements with my apple mouse. After switching to this mouse, I've had zero wrist pain! Docked one star because I had to rebuy this mouse after the one I bought 5 years ago had double click issues that I couldn't fix.

Good feeling mouse but bad software
App is absolutely horrible and is not intuitive. Just make it work with ghub. The pointer speed is confusing, just use dpi?? The botton on the mouse doesn't even change the pointer speed. The set speeds always reset and it's annoying. Mouse buttons are slightly awkward to press

Different, but worth it!

Best ergo mouse
Most comfortable mouse I've ever used, and i use one 9-10 hours a day. My hand sits in a more comfortable position and I've had a lot less wrist pain and fatigue. Now if i can just get an ergonomic keyboard.

Feels cheap for the price paid
The mouse itself is comfortable and good to use. However the build quality is not worth the price. Just because it has a special ergo shape, it's overpriced. The material is just cheap plastic everywhere and the mouse is very light. You are forced to use their software in order to use all the buttons. It is a nice mouse to hold and work with, but:

Great mouse, I miss the M500s scroll wheel

Wonderful Ergo mouse with some long term issues

It’s good, but Lift is better.
I use the MX Vertical for my office setup and the Lift for my home office, and I find myself preferring the Lift overall.
