Easy and compact
I got this scanner to digitize work documents at home while not being able to go in to the office to use the big scanner. It's come in really handy for digitizing important mail, too.

Not happy
I was told when I purchased your product that it would connect to my Lenix based computer. I have not been able to get the software to download. This is the second scanner I have purchased that will not connect. I am having my computer looked at to ensure it is not a problem with the computer

love the size
I have this scanner at work and home and i love it. I have been scanning family pictures for my family history and they urn out amazing.

Great product

Little Life Saver
Absolutely love this scanner. The only downside was i had to search online for the drivers to use it.

Terrible product, very buggy, hard to use
Piece of junk - avoid at all costs!
simply does not work as advertised. Keeps adding tons of white spae to photos, big time issues even trying to get the feeder to work so i can scan, software written in the 70's alll around bottom of the barrel product just like everything Brother makes.
