It's so quiet!
I've only purchased Fellowes Shredders over the years, they last a long time from 7-10 years, considering the amount of shredding I do, that's a very long time. This new shredder is just so quiet not like previous ones, but that's what a experienced company does, makes things better. If you buy a Fellowes Shredder you will not be disappointed.

Do not waste your money
This shredder does not even deserve 1 star. Do not buy. We have had it for 3 months and the auto feeder already doesn't work and the regular feeder jams constantly. Our older, cheaper one was a million times better than this one.

Nothing special
OK value, but don't look for speed. The 100 feeder does 1 page at a time. Also overheats after say a 1 1/2" binders worth of paper. Would pay more and look for something more substantial next time

A very dependable and powerful shredder
A great shredder. Chops the documents into small enough pieces that they are absolutely secure.
The only downside to this device is that it should be oiled once every time the been is full. This helps ensure the mulching gears are in good shape. However the oil is specific to the machine and you must be careful when pouring it in. If it gets on other components there...

Works ok

Batch Shredding
This unit seems to be for batch shredding format. Single continuous shredding seems to have short cycle until unit shuts down for cooldown period. Work cycle seems short compared to previous Staple Model. Probably the design but is functioning normal with Batch Shredding.

Good shredder
Nice shredder. It's tall as a computer chair. The operator can stack paper on the back & its automatic feed. Would recommend

AutoFeeder Feature Super Useful
So useful to have the autofeeder feature! not more standing around waiting for it to gobble and shred x number of pages at a time: just dump them in the autofeeder push the button and go onto next task

Worked exactly as I expected
I got this because of the ability to feed paper without having to be there, and the capacity. Sure it jammed a few times, but it was easy to clear. I was able to go through a huge amount of paper in under a day that would have taken me days if I had to manually sit there and feed it myself.

Broke on first shred
First time using the auto feed it pulled in too many sheets, jammed, and I have been unable to get it unjammed. Would not recommend.

Amazing
I have small business, I had a small fellowes shredder worked well but always took so long to to shredder documents I needed to shredder. So I invested in this larger one, works amazing, had a small issue with it call the 1-800 and they were amazing helping me with the problem and took good care of me...
