Never use remanufactured cartridges
These work great and have no problems with it. The Remanufactured "Staples" ones on the other hand gave me issues with the ink levels and didn't last long at all.

Rapid Turnaround

The only way to get undamaged cartridges
This is the only way I have found to receive replacement ink cartridges from Staples that are not damaged in transit. The increased size of the special pack encourages them to ship it inside a cardboard box rather than a bubble mailer.
