Easy Document Scanner
Very easy to use flatbed scanner with automatic sheet feeder. The software is a snap to install also.

Garbage Software
Scanner is mediocre at best, but the software provided by Xerox to run the machine is absolutely terrible.
Default is to provide a separate file for each page scanned. Scan a 100 page document? It breaks it down into 100 separate .pdf files. Changing the settings is non-intuitive.

Works but not effectively
I was pleased when I first got the scanner. It does double sided scanning and is easy to set up and use, However - after using for a short while - the feeder for the paper jams and will not accept paper.
All in all - don't waste you money if you need a reliable scanner!!

Would expect it to last longer
Worked well for about 9 months. Now the automatic feed doesn't want to grab any pages, forget trying to scan multiple pages at a time. We can use the flatbed but that is time consuming when scanning multiple pages at a time. We've had it just over a year and I'll be buying a new scanner because it only works properly about 1/3 of the time and it's extremely aggravating ...
