We use 960 USB Headset exclusively at our call center. Excellent quality and a good price.

Comfortable fit and good performance but hard to manage cable
Happy with headphones - particularly comfortable fit of microphone - but heavy cable from volume control to USB connector is difficult to deal with at my desk. Mysterious why cable diameter would increase so much for this portion of cable. Other than that it is a good value for the price.
