LOVE OTTER BOX?!
I didn't walk out of the store without a Defender for my Iphone 5. Just got an Iphone 11. Made the guy at the Apple store put my new phone in a new Defender before I walked out of the store. Not what I expected
Didn’t realize the screen wasn’t protected. Have bought three otter boxes in the past with 100% coverage and loved them! Not happy and want to return

Best protective case I’ve found!
This is my fourth Defender case. I have dropped my iPhone multiple times and this case has always protected my phone. I bought this one because I wore out my last case finally after five years.

Old otter was better
Love it been using otter boxes for years just wish they still had the screen protector built in hate the glass screen protectors

Life Time Coverage!
Case works perfectly! After 3 years of general daily use, charger plug in flap broke off. After contacting Otterbox, new case arrived, and has been doing a great job for 12 months now. Highly recommend purchasing this case!

Iphone 11 phone case
Does not work on husbands iphone 11. The volume buttons don't work. I want a refund but can't get a shipping label emailed to me. Can you help me get the shipping label. Thank you.

Pretty Good
It hasn’t broken yet which I think is pretty good. I dropped one for my iPhone 6 off several roofs while working on them and it didn’t break, and this one is as good if not better than that one.

Okay
The only reason for the average score was because I only needed the rubber case part for my iPhone, I didn't need the other parts but because you can't purchase them separately, I had to but the whole thing.

best warranty
my last one wore out at the plug cover but the lifetime warranty covered it. i'll only ever buy otterbox from now on. this case is identical to my last case and has protected by phone from all slips and falls.

I love Otterbox
I lost my old holster and had to buy a new one. I but otterbox for all my phones because of the protection, the look and convenience. Never have issues.

Great protection
I have purchased the defender case for my last 3 iPhones they never fail. I have dropped them from 20 and 30 feet. The clips may break they have gotten flimsy with the bigger phones but the case has kept my phones protected for the last 15 years. great case for expensive equipment
