Quick and Easy!
My laptops' SSD went out, and I was able to enter the serial number from the laptop and get directly to the replacement parts. The drive was delivered fast (it was several days early!, packaging was great and the removal of the old drive and installation of the new was simple.
My computer is back up and running like a champ.

No bing-bang-boom, my bubble was burst
The manual makes it look like bing-bang-boom and you are done. The reality is that you have to get more stuff because the manual assumes that you already have all that stuff. It was not installed when I bought my computer.

G5 will not create a OS recovery disc to allow installation
Dell employee claimed I could just install it and the computer would make a USB thumb drive to swap the OS to the new drive. I have downloaded 5 variants of the OS recovery tool and the PC will not make that usb drive, and this SSD will not work as a result.

Rewed Life To My Aging Laptop
I am happy with this SSD. Give renewed life to aging laptop. I had a little issue with booting, but I think it was a problem with the cloning process not the Drive. Everything is working well at this time.

So far, so good
Too early to tell, had to replace original hard drive and trying to reload everything, but so far seems to run quicker than the old HDD

This drive did not work for my situation
I took my PC to The Geek Squad to have them install it, cloan my original mechanicsl drive, and copy all fules and operating systems to the new drive. They soon called me and advised me that the new Dell drive would not work with the cloaning software.

Drive great, dell support website for the windows 10 not so much
the drive so far is working as expected, much better than the original 128gb. After the night mare of reloading software, because of the site having issues and not "having all the information at this time". But once that issue was over come I would recommend.

Upgrading the primary boot drive
Drive worked perfectly and its performance is exceptional. My wife's computer now performs identical to mine and she is so happy!

Hard drive really speeded up my computer
I am very pleased with this product. My computer was running extremely slowly. Now with this new hard drive it operates quickly. Also I was able to save the old 1tb hard drive for storage, so I don’t have to worry about space.

Easy replacement for C Drive
So far, so good. I'm not sure why the previous, factory-installed drive suddenly needed replacing, but at least the system warned me about it. Don't bother using third-party backup and restore software when replacing your primary drive.
