I have had this Multiport Adapter over a year and it has worked as expected and very flexible as to interfaces.

Contacting support
Chromebook to this adapter and then client using the VGA with no success. Horrible product at this point as we have a large percentage of issues out of the 25 of these we purchased. Contacting Startech now to see if they can help as our client is not happy.

Has everything I need in a compact package
Plus, having bought several startech adapters, I can be confident that they know what they talk about in terms of compatibility.

Doesn't work - advisor also could not help
I'm trying to use with my pc though when using to connect to HP screen it disables sound . Help via CHAT no help at all
