A good basic label maker
A really handy label maker! It allows you to review your label prior to printing. The keyboard has a retro feel, which I find amusing. Definitely an upgrade from my Dad's old Dymo label maker.

Awful product design.
Do NOT buy this product! You will spend hours trying to separate the label backing from the label. Apparently this label printer does not work with the Tze labels that are split down the middle and therefore easy to peel. This asks you to insert the label and somehow flick it to separate it, but it does NOT work but 10% of the time.

Disappointing
I've always like the Brother label makers, however this new model is not user friendly. I used to be able to use "symbols" directly from the keyboard, not this model. I can't figure out how to get to them, even using the manual. My last one was so easy built better too, it lasted close to 20 years. I doubt if this one will and next, will consider other brands.

Battery Shows Low Quickly
I like the size of the printer, but I printed a total of 15 labels and it shows low battery. It would be nice if it had an adapter instead of only batteries. I would return it if I could.

Battery issues
Works very good...but...
Can't print but 3 labels, then shows low battery, can print 2 or 3 more labels, then batteries completely die.
Can't find any kind of power supply port on the machine at all...

Battery Issues
Put in brand new AAA alkaline batteries, printed 6 labels in under 10 minutes and the low battery light came on.
Will be returning it.

Disappointing, so say the least
This label maker has only two font sizes: Large (actually gigantic) and Small (actually tiny). While the company thought we needed 9 styles, it did not occur to Brother USA that having three or more sizes would be a good idea. The older P-Touch model I had, and which finally died after many years, had at least 4 sizes to choose from! Having a gazillion little pictograph...

Labels, Labels , Labels
Excellent labels. Used on a lt of items in the kitchen. Had to do a yiu tube video to learn how the backing separator worked and there was other info that was useful on that video
