Definitely recommend
The case that I ordered is excellent. It’s very comfortable, not bulky, does a great job protecting my device and the color is gorgeous to boot! Very pleased

Never again
I got this and in less than 2 weeks , it’s super dirty . I put my case in my jeans pockets and the first day I pulled it out , my phone case was blue. I’ve had other brands and wore the same jeans and nothing this otter box did not hold color .

Thin, but very durable
I’ve had a commuter case on my last 3 iPhones. Love the thinness of the case. It has the right quality of non slip surface area, but also not too much that it slides into my pocket and purse with ease. Very durable for those accidental drops. Great Protection for iPhone 12
I've been purchasing Otterbox cases for my iPhones for years and I've never had a broken phone while using these cases. My only complaint is the lack of colors.

Great Case
I've had Otterbox Commuter cases for all my prior iPhones. This one for my new iPhone 12 suits me perfectly. Good protection, but not too thick to slip into a pocket.

Protects but is now too thick
I have bought the commuter case a couple times now and it has always protected my iPhone very well. I have never had a cracked screen or really any damage to my iPhone while it’s on. Love my Otter!
This is my second Otterbox, as I got a new phone of a different size. Loved the first one, love the second one. It is strong, easy to put on my phone, it protects my phone even if I drop it. It is also very attractive.

Very Disappointed
I bought this case less than a month ago and the sides are already blue. Also, i’ve dropped the phone about 4 times in the case and the plastic has already cracked completely through and across and is falling off. very upset … i thought otterbox cases were better than this

Great fit
This is our 4th Otterbox purchase. Our first two protected our Samsung S5’5 and now our recent purchase will be protecting our IPhone 12 pros. The fit is perfect and the colors look
