Protecting my new iPhone 12 pro
As soon as I took my new iPhone 12 pro out of the apple box it went right into the otterbox, it’s the only case I trust for all my apple products

not designed well.
not designed well. plastic shell interferes with the screen protector on the phone. should have gone with regular defender or another brand.

Returns
Ordered wrong size. No way to return for correct size (iPhone 12+). My old OtterBox cover I’ve had since the 12 came out fell apart.

A little pricey, but very very worth it
I’ve used otterbox for a long while now since I got my first phone and I can guarantee you I woulda broken several phones by now without it. The amount of corner-hits these things have kept from being screen-shattering is insane. Very good case. Would recommend.

Phone issues
I am having problems with my phone (ex: volume on ringer & keeps going to shutdown screen continues to try to make emergency calls) with this case.

Protects my phone
Fits well. It makes the phone bigger and bulkier, but worth the protection against my frequent dropping of the phone. I modified a car dash mount so the case clips on it - easy to put in and take out of the dash mount.

Problem with case fitting phone as advertised
The product did not fit the phone. The feedback options on the website did not offer that feedback just that "changed your mind". Not an appropriate option as suggests I made a mistake when in fact the phone case did not fit the cell phone as advertised.

I Need a Tough Phone Case
This is the second case that I have purchased for this I-phone. The only issue was with the rubberized outer portion. I really put these to the test...I am tough on them. Otherwise really happy with all the OtterBox products I have owned over the years. When I get a new phone...I get an OtterBox Case immediately.

Literally the best purchase I've made
This case did a AMAZING job, normally i think im a average phone damager but today i left my phone on the top of my car and then realized when it fell off while i was going 45mph, i was thinking it broke for sure, but the phone had NO DAMAGE and minimal case damage, just a few chips and a lot of road burn

Good Quality Case, Sturdy. Can Effect Screen cover
Great case so far. Makes having a generic screen protector nearly impossible though with the encroachment onto the screen by the case.

Not worth the price.
My screen cracked from a short fall. Difficult to change the silent riner switch and the charging port is bulky.

Holster deficiency
Holster has not changed since the first one we bought some years back. Belt clip cannot survive constant use & brittle construction transform a simple drop to a catastrophic event.
