Sturdy and roomy
I always am grabbing a backpack by the top handle and the one on this pack is super padded and cable reinforced. The shoulder straps are snug. Now in to what is crazy. Seam failure after only a couple of months
When you spend this kind of money for a backpack, you expect it to last a long time.
I have had my bag for around 4 months and the side seam on one of the compartments has already failed. Of course it has a 3 year warranty and I could get it replaced, but you have to have the original receipt... who keeps the original receipt for a backpack? It doesn't matter how gre...

Do Not Purchase!
May be the worst and most costliest backpack I have ever had… The section where you put your laptop, has a zipper on both sides that goes all the way to the bottom… Problem is even if the zipper is zipped to the very end, or the left and right side zippers meet at the top, after a couple of block of walking the weight in the backpack pulls at the zippers until they are ...

Swiss Gear customer service are unreliable.
This backpack has some great features, but it also has a couple of frustrating flaws. First, the material near the insulated water bottle holder tends to rip after some use. Excellent daily bag
I’ve had this bag for about five or more years now, and it still looks like it’s brand new, even after daily use. My favorite thing about this bag is how well it organizes things.

Great backpack! Shoe pocket is kinda disapointing

Wrong bookbag sent. Double shipment for previous o
Would have been nice if they sent me the one I ordered. Sent wrong color. To much hassle to return. Still waiting on my refund when they billed me twice and sent me a double order. Informed customer service right away but they still shipped double order three days later.

Poor Quality
Replaced 15+ year old SG backpack. Took this on one trip and one area already came off the seams. Will not be buying SG brand anymore.

A place for all your traveling needs
I bought this backpack for a lengthy trip. It was very roomy and held my iPad, laptop, books, and necessities I needed while traveling and couldn’t store in my checked luggage. The trolley strap was really handy when I attached the backpack to the suitcase .

Compromise from Black edition 2750
It is a well built backpack no doubt. Swissgear discontinued 2750 black edition and this is the only closest option available. Very large back pack with limited functional pockets.

Ok Pack, Poor Customer Service
I bought this pack on December 2, I found that it barely holds a 24 ounce water bottle. The pack otherwise, seems to be okay and a good size for travel. Lots of storage but not bulky
I bought this for work and it's holding up great so far. I work in the live music industry so having a bag that can withstand temperature, weather, etc. while keeping my items secured is a must. I bought the by Christmas time, it looks really lovely.

Plenty of Storage and a Great Computer Backpack
I replaced my traditional Swissgear computer bag with the Swissgear computer backpack and am so happy with it! Has all the storage of my computer bag and a whole lot more. Built heavy-duty for what I will assume will be years of trouble free use.
