Stay away from this generation one device
The software for the device is under developed. So even though the hardware may be very good, you can get a much better picture from another camera for half the price with better software.

Not “ultra sharp”
I’ve tried so many settings and lighting conditions and most of the time the image quality is just meh

Amazing Webcam
Great quality, awesome features, and works amazingly with Windows Hello. I always look crisp and sharp, and the AI features center me and touch up my appearance. Windows Hello also works very well with this camera, allowing me to simply boot up my pc and be signed in instantly.

Decent 4K Webcam
The camera was well-packaged and is slightly larger than I expected. It includes two different mounts, one of which is compatible with a tripod. The picture clarity and overall build quality are impressive. While it does get warm during extended use, it’s not enough to be worrisome. The magnetic lens cover is a convenient feature. Overall, I'm pleased with the camera.

Highly Recommended Dell 4K Ultra Sharp Webcam
The dell ultra sharp 4k webcam is amazing! The setup was easy! The resolution is crystal clear! I highly recommend this webcam if you’re in the market for a high quality webcam. Note: This webcam does not have a microphone.

Doesn't work usb nightmare with there devices
Does not work. Nor does it no know how to fix it. Have a dell desktop, dell.monitor with kvm and a ThinkPad laptop. When I switch computer laptop regressed camera to hdr and not 4k and when I use the desktop get 4k. Spent three days with IT and they keep repeating the same quesion. Great camera!
I love it. It's a huge upgrade from my C920. The camera tracking is excellent for me because I like to move around a lot.

Best Webcam
This is a great webcam. Once the Dell controller software is installed the options for this webcam is awesome. I had one small issue with Zoom, but it is because I had to turn on HD in Zoom.
The light sensitivity is good; it looks less grainy in low light.
I also really like it works will windows hello, so no more logging in. The computer sees my face and goes.
