Does not work
Never worked. Upon checking to ensure the battery was hooked up it was clear that the red battery cable could never reach the battery in the first place. Even when the battery is returned to the compartment, the cable can't reach the terminal.

An absolute necessity, essentially as advertised.
The BBUPS unit and the connector cables provided are not compatible with the larger format telephone connexions used in commercial offices. The unit generates a bit more heat than I would prefer, but appears to be functioning properly. Power up!!!
Got this power supply to replace a similar one. My old one had to be restarted after a recent power outage. You can get the internal battery replaced, but after several years, I think it's better to get a whole new UPS. Good product for home office setup
I have 2 monitors, 2 laptops, a desktop, phone, and smartphone charging station hooked up. This is providing adequate power and runs quite.

I would definitely buy it again
Most battery UPS backups do not have the automatic voltage regulation feature. I was delighted to see that Staples carries this product. When my larger unit dies, I'll look to replace it with a larger CyberPower unit.

The backup is easy to install and use. The monitoring program is also very useful.
