Easy to use.
I recently needed to connect an extra 3 devices to my computer and had no available ports. The StarTech USB hub was very easy to install and I was up and running in about 5 minutes. Great product L.

universal
very handy, smaller than I anticipated, which is good. I love the system of adding on or taking off the plugs on the adaptor to suit whichever country you are travelling to.

multitasking with power
I got this product from Startech to test and it is a great tool when you need to charge multiple items at the same time and in need of more USB ports and in my case my laptop has only 2 ports. Just as advertised
This is a great product if you need to charge or access multiple USB devices at once. You can even charge/access a USB-C device. It has 3 USB-A ports for most devices now and even has 1 USB-C port for newer devices. Fast 3.0 hub, and adds USB-C port!
Added this hub to the wife's early 2016 Macbook Pro (no USB-C). It just works. being powered makes it easier to use more devices, and charge her phone!
