Poor audio quality.
Speaker phone was quite bad and it could use more DisplayPort and HDMI connections. Also it’s very weird that it doesn’t have an Ethernet connection for the price. The video conferencing buttons are nice, but I returned it because the audio was a significant reduction in quality from the wireless headset that I had been using.

It will not charge my
It will not charge my apple phone through the c outlet on the logi dock? I had to connect it directly to my laptop to charge it. I wanted the log dock to eliminate all of my cables.

Logi dock
Set up is very easy. It has a great sound and mic quality, when I am not using it for conferencing, I use it to listen to music (and you don't have to toggle between bluebooth to your speakers, which makes it SO convenient). It also hides all the cables connecting to mics, laptop, etc.
10/10, LOVE the doc.

This dock cleared up space
This dock cleared up space on my desk and its a piece of cake to connect my other peripherals to all the available ports and whether I am listening o music or on a call the Logitech camera the sound quality is perfect.

Liberty
Our Logi Dock gives us liberty to be in other areas of our house, enjoying the comforts of home and not bound to the home office/desk to a desktop computer.
Now our living room can be our working space...or whatever area we want.

Fantastic dock!
Speaker really improves sound of conference calls over monitor speakers, and the flashing lights to remind you when a meeting is starting is really handy. Much more useful than a standard dock.

Simple setup / clear sound
I like the compact size. Fits nicely below my monitors. Hit mute on the unit and teams also toggles to mute.

Sound is awesome. Plug and play worked great. The only things I would comment on are enhancements to include thunderbolt connectivity, and USBC thunderbolt monitor connections. With these enhancements I would buy this again.

Great for simple set us up, not for advanced!
The device looks nice and sounds great, but the LED’s consistently flash white like I’m in a call. I have to factory reset for them to stop. Problem seems to happen when I connect my phone. Love the visual notifications!
One of the best things about the dock is the visual notifications it provides before a meeting starts. I've been able to attend 100% of my meetings ontime or before the meeting starts.

Updated necessary
Beautiful box and Dock, more usb-c ports will be better. Doesn’t recognized yeti microphone. There is no option for interruption of computer charging when the battery is charged. Integrated mics don’t live up to expected for a high range dock. Speakers could use a HF update. Program should be updated for compatibility with other mics and cameras.

Pretty good
The dock is pretty good but I was honestly hoping for more. The sound quality is good enough for work meetings but not great for listening to music between meetings. The controls are fairly simple but still offer limited control. Overall, the dock is just okay. I’d love to see more ports, especially USB C ports, but it’s good enough for the time being.

Good, but missing key item
The units is missing a critical port by not having an Ethernet connection. Sound and volumes are good.
